I'm obviously not a member but since I pay membership I get a say. This gym is all about milking money out of customers, paying upwards of 3700 riyals for 6 month membership and you don't even get a basic training schedule, instead they try to sell you personal training immediately. Any self respecting gym offer the basic \public\ training service before trying to provide an exclusive \personal\ training to selected customers.
They say the gym is open until 10:30 yet they kick people out at 10:15!! When it is 10:10 they tell people 4 min left! The worst is when the manager called me she was like mm I called you just because I have to call you and yes we do kick people out and they have the right to do that!!! WOW !the manager doesn’t have basics in customer service!!!! Three stars just because gym equipments are good
Perfect I just love it , the receptionists r very friendly An helpful , the gym s clean and nice , the trainers r the best , I feel comfortable in there
Fine gym with helpful staffs. Yet they need to refine their enrollment policies to meet their clines needs.
Amazing gym for women it has everything and they even give u pamphlets to see where u headed and what progress youve made
