THE HOMES ARE LOVELY AND BEAUTIFULLY MADE. THE HOMES SIT VERY CLOSE TO ONE ANOTHER AS THE LOTS AREN'T VERY BIG. I DO ENJOY HOW SPACIOUS THE HOMES ARE ON THE INSIDE AND HOW FRIENDLY THE NEIGHBORS ARE.

NV is a premier builder in Oak Creek. They changed the housing game by including all those add-ons that other builders nickle amd dime you for. So add a premier builder to a gated community, then it becomes your own little slice of heaven hidden behind a gate.
