Called them to fix a machine that I own because they were the cheapest in town and my forklift only needed a new starter so I figured why it give them a try. I have learned my lesson you definitely get what you pay for with this company sadly! They ripped me off with all of these extra charges and time on the job when the mechanic was only here for less than 2 hours and completed the job. I will be calling pape from now on after this horrible experience with this company!

I am a local delivery driver and I came here as part of my route this week. Once I entered the office I saw two older gentleman working together very closely without any masks on. I also saw mechanics and someone who l looked like a manager coming in and out of the office multiple times all without masks on. This is not safe during a pandemic and if you are worried about catching the virus I would steer clear of this place!

I called them to have one of their mechanics come out and trouble shoot and repair a machine that I have that was giving codes. When the mechanic arrived he spent almost a hour distracting my employees talking about politics and his personal views on covid and masks which is not ok and not at all what I called them for. He spent over 3 hours trying to troubleshoot the machine and when I asked him about what was going on he told he that he can’t figure it out because his company does not work on electric machines and to call hyster so they can fix it... how is this acceptable for a company that says that they are “lift truck Professionals” and can fix anything? I will never call them back again and will take their own mechanics advice and call hyster from now on!

I had them fix a man lift and a forklift \ mobile repair\ at the same time. Man lift went good , that's why they got one star , but not the forklift. Tech forgot parts twice but I still got charge for travel time. I had a full service done but they didn't change hydraulics filter ,kept forgetting to grab it , I checked hydraulic oil right after they finished and it wasn't touching the dip stick ! Steering wasn't greased .They replaced the starter and one week later it is doing the same thing as before and won't turn over, and yes the battery is good. They also didn't change the air filter after I asked them to, tech said \he forgot to get one but that one was OK \ I won't be back, for the amount of money they charged I could almost replace the old forklift and it still won't start

Excellent company to work with. I had a one-time need to unload a huge crate for a residential delivery, with a somewhat unpredictable arrival schedule. Not only was NW Lift flexible and professional working with me, they also offered the best price in town on a forklift rental. I would recommend this company to anyone else needing heavy equipment.
