NWC was very knowledgeable about all areas of the project. They work extremely well with the insurance company and ensured I got all my repairs covered. The selection of materials and warranties were outstanding. My project manager Mr. Sage was well informed on all the areas of general contracting and project management. Very impressive young man. He made the project look easy. Every thing was scheduled on time and the company technologies was light years ahead of the standard guy in a pickup truck offering you a discount. From the roofers, gutter technicians, to the painters it was a professional top notch crew. They did the job and cleaned up afterwards. I am extremely please with NWC and Mr. Sage on the handling of my roofing project. My home looks great and the recommended color combinations makes my home look more modern. I would highly recommend NWC for all your home projects. They are a general contractor that can do it all. Keep up the great work and I will definitely call you any future contractor needs.

NWC General Construction and Jessy Milburn did an outstanding job with my roof replacement. I had previously worked with another roofing contractor who said my roof had damage, and needed replacing. However the resulting claim led to a zero payout claim with my insurance, and the contractor was no help. Fast forward 8-10 months later NWC came out and thoroughly inspected my home resulting in a 60 page write up supported by pictures. Their diligence resulted in my insurance more than quadrupling their initial payout. NWC replaced, my roof(better quality than original), relaced my gutters(better than original), repainted all the exposed natural wood inlayed in the brick, fixed interior leak damage, etc... But best of all was the prep work they did covering my yard\\pool, and the areas of my neighbors yard that could be impacted, by roofing nails, and shingles. They brought an overwhelming amount of very professional crew members on the day they replaced the roof, I counted 20. The shear number of people ensured it was a one day roof replacement. The gutters, exterior/interior paint work, and clean up were all completed 2 days later. Now that the job is done, and I’ve had a chance to inspect the work, its great and I’m so happy I choose NWC. I would highly recommend NWC General Construction to any of my friends and family in need of a roof replacement.
Wonderful experience with NWC from beginning to end. The project manager Jessy Milburn was professional, accurate, detail oriented with outstanding customer service throughout the project. We experienced significant hail damage on the roof , glutters, fascia boards etc. We also replaced the front door and it looks beautiful. We painted all fascia and garage door. it looks like a brand new home. We cant thank Jessy and crew enough. I would absolutely use NWC again in a heartbeat. Great Work!!!!
Just want to take a moment to say thanks to the whole crew that did our roof yesterday. Special thanks to Jessy Milburn. He spent a lot of extra time making sure we understood the process. Chase Denton project manager also Anthony Pocorello and Creg Lane. answered all my questions sometimes twice, they made us feel very comfortable with the process. Roof looks great. NWC was my general contractor for the hail loss I had on my home this year. Work done included roof replacement, gutter replacement, and house painting. I was very impressed with NWC and the work they and their subcontractors did. It was especially a pleasure to work with Anthony Pocorello, who was my main point of contact during the process. He was responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also took a lot of time to walk me through the process and answer all my questions along the way, something I sure appreciated throughout my first time going through this.
