Rented a machine that was poorly maintained start to over heat while working so it slowed down the job. I was charged for rental then after they came pick up charged an extra 370 twice to my card so that they would get an extra 370 out of me. By far the worst place ever to rent from. As stated before in another review their attitude was extremely poor with no regard to any type of customer satisfaction.
We are homeowners and always doing some project at our house! This is our 3rd time using A-Z rentals for renting excavators and a boom, and they are THE BEST! A-Z has consistently great service and are always a pleasure to work with (unlike some other equipment companies we've dealt with!!) I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great equipment, the highest quality service, as well as competitive prices. Thank you again A-Z!!!
We rented the Tow lift, its in a very bad condition, went to the job site and we couldn't stabilize the Machine because the out-rigs wasn't working well. i went to sunbelt for the same type of equipment and the job was done right way. their attitude was horrible stay away from them!!! there is around the corner another company rather go to them.
