Nyback RV serviceman Ron responded to fix my hot water tank. He was very professional & knowledgeable explaining exactly what he was doing so I would understand. The only issue I have is when I called for service, I explained the issue and what was wrong with my hot water tank. I explained the electric side had been out for some time and the problem now was the burner wasn’t getting any gas. She advised Ron would be out on Thursday to look after the problem AND that she would have him bring parts with them. Ron checked my tank and came up with exactly what I had however he didn’t have the part. He would be back on Friday with the parts. On Friday he did fix the gas problem by replacing the gas valve, however he didn’t have an element for the electrical side. He would be back the next Thursday (the day the always are at Silvercreek) to replace the element. The issue is that he had to come back three times to do what should have been done on the first visit in about an hour. So instead of one charge I had three different labour charges. The good news is now we have hot water.
