This was my first time having jewelry appraised, and Mr. Bunda was incredibly professional, informative, and accommodating. My jewelry never left my sight, and, during this time of COVID-19, he made sure to have several layers of safety protocol in place. As he was performing the inspection of my jewelry, his depth of knowledge about the pieces impressed me. I absolutely recommend Mr. Bunda's services.
In connection with switching insurance companies, the new insurance company required me to obtain an appraisal for two watches. I found Robert (the owner) through a google search, and was happy I did. Although NYC is still not fully reopened due to Covid, I was nevertheless able to schedule an appointment at Robert’s midtown office. Proper Covid precautions (e.g., mask, gloves and social distancing) were observed. Robert performed the appraisal in front of me (the watches never left my sight), and produced a thorough appraisal report immediately after. I was highly satisfied with my experience, and would strongly recommend using Robert for your appraisal needs. Robert is a man of integrity, and he has certainly earned my trust (and future business).
