This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I purchased a couch on March 6th with a guaranteed delivery of no later than May 22 due to the couch being on "backorder". I was told while in the showroom that May 22 was not likely the date because that was an automated date that their site put up as soon as the couch sold out but did not reflect the multiple shipments he "knew" were arriving in the coming weeks at the warehouse. I go to place the order and am handed a macbook, sat down on one of the display couches and told to order it online. I could have done this in my living room, why would I go to the showroom. Fast forward to May 22 and I've heard nothing from to schedule my delivery. I end up having to call the store 4 times to deal with getting my delivery scheduled each time being told the warehouse has to call me to schedule and that the showroom cannot help me (despite that being the phone number on the website for contact). No one calls me from the warehouse. Finally I speak with a sales representative at the showroom who seems to get someone to call me back the next day to arrange my delivery. I schedule my delayer for a few days later and am given the time 12-4 for delivery. At 4pm no couch and I'm forced to call the shipping company who tells me that someone should have called me to tell me the truck is running 2 hours late. At 6pm my couch still has not arrived, the driver calls me to tell me he will be another 30minutes. The couch does not arrive until 7:30pm, so I have taken a day off of work for absolutely no reason, the driver is rude and no one seems to care at either the shipping company or at NYFU about this terrible experience. I would under no circumstance recommend anyone purchase anything from this company EVER!
