Steve is a man of his word- he is where he says he will be and when, he is completely transparent in his business dealings and engenders trust in those he works with. After receiving excellent feedback from a friend, I decided to engage Conway Contracting and Management Services to renovate an existing building, creating a separate wing with new entrance and balcony for a studio style holiday accommodation unit. I found Steve to be very easy to work with right from the quoting and planning stages through to completion. He quickly visualised my ideas and created a plan that was easy for me to follow, suggesting many excellent changes to my initial design. He kept me updated every day and always turned up when he said he would. Steve has a real eye for detail and ensures his work is perfect. He also supervises all sub-contractors and expects top quality work from them also. I was impressed with their respect for Steve and his team. Having had negative experiences with past renovations, I was dreading this one. Now I am looking forward to further renovations and hopefully a new build in the near future!
