The term \customer service\ is unknown in this garage. Do not dare to ask a question about your bill, the service agent will get upset. I got a new battery installed after having issues starting the car in the morning. 5 months later I had again issues, the car would not start. No one from this garage (although living close) would come to help because apparently I do not have a mobility guarantee. I called a free garage, the guy came within 1 hour and even lent me a booster starter kit so that I can go on vacation! I then went to Mercedes in Germany to get the problem fixed. Turned out, the garage in Nyon installed the wrong battery. It took me several calls with Mercedes Swiss to get the costs for this false repair reimbursed from Nyon. They are not competent and do not care about their customers. This garage is a shame for Mercedes. Not worth any star.

Absolutely don't care about the customer, called twice to buy a car no one came back to me. Avoid like fire if they don't care about selling a car to you imagine the service after you have already spend the money!!!

This one is for waiting to get the car keys back yesterday. They need to work on announcing clients to their staff. I was advised to wait in the waiting area, from 5:30 ... till 5:55 when I realized that the receptionist and the guy who had my car keys vanished. The last employee felt really bad for the situation that she was pushed into. I got my keys at 6:10pm. Learn, people, every client counts.
