We moved from the US to Nyon after the start of the school year and were really worried about finding the right school for our kids. I contacted The Secret of Childhood and immediately received a response and an invitation to visit the school with my kids. After visiting and learning about the Montessori method, we knew this was the right school for them and enrolled them immediately. They LOVE the school, their teachers, and the other students. Even though they did not understand much French upon arrival they fit in right away, and only a few months later they can understand and speak a lot (of course the instruction is bilingual, so they had plenty of support in English when necessary). I highly recommend this school for international students (and, frankly, for Swiss or French students as well)!

Je ne confierai pas mes enfants à des personnes qui se permettent de traiter les adultes de cette façon, bien loin des valeurs mises en avant dans leur communication ainsi que des méthodes Montessori. Contrairement à la réponse du propriétaire j'ai été en contact avec un membre de l'école qui a eu un comportement totalement inapproprié n'a pas hésiter à me hurler dessus alors que mon enfant de 3 ans était à mes cotés. Donc je réitère, ce ne sont pas des personnes à qui je confierai mes enfants. Cordialement.

Nous sommes déjà partis! La philosophie de l'école du propriétaire est loin de celle de Montessori, n'est pas digne de confiance, manque d'affection envers les enfants, l'école ne peut pas garder les enseignant(e)s, les élèves doivent s'adapter aux nouveaux/elles enseignant(e)s. À notre connaissance, certains parents ont décidé de partir et sont déjà partis. À éviter si possible cette école.

Je ne confierais pas mes enfants à cette école vu le comportement de son personnel. A éviter si vous le pouvez! Il y a une excellente école Montessori à La Rippe.
