For one year my son had private lessons with a personal trainer Sean from Upside Strength. He was a great trainer, I am very happy with their lessons and alongside being able to get my son more active he was acting very professional and was able to interact very well with my child. They would get into engaging conversations while still doing different activities. In general my son had a great experience with Sean’s lessons and I could see improvements in his fitness levels. Would highly recommend Sean’s lessons.

I was working with Sean in Vancouver in 2018, and was so relieved to hear he’d be offering remote coaching once he moved - we meet once a week still, via video chat, he organizes custom routines for me, and checks in often - it really is like having him here!! I can send him quick videos of anything I’m struggling with in the gym and he can give me feedback right away on my form. It’s been worth every penny for keeping up both my accountability and confidence. Even when my lupus came back this year he was here to encourage me to get back into my routine slowly but surely, gentle and goal oriented. His focus is what works for you - what your goals are - and it really shows in both his remote and in person coaching.
