Great swimming pool Very relaxing massages Nice spacious clean rooms with very good shower. Furnishing of the common areas are tastefully cozy. Meals are average not refining. We literally got a piece of meat and fries and that was it. I had to ask for vegetables. I got a brocolli piece topped with cheese sauce with lots of sugar and very watery. I ordered meat but they did not ask how the meat should be fried and afterwards gave me a significant fried steak. The dessert is super well cared for than the other dishes with a lot of unnecessary dressing such as a pile of brown sugar. The restaurant staff very friendly and helpful but in need of English language course and table arrangement and more knowledge about the beers because they don't know the word blond beer. But a very beautiful nature!

It's a very nice Hotel and the staff were polite and attentive. Unfortunately there was a power issue affecting some rooms, one of which was mine the first night. So I had no power or lights until 2:30am when they all came on waking me up again. An apology was offered but nothing in the way of compensation.

Much nicer Hotel than a tiny little place like Nümbrecht has any business having. Everything is spot-on, but relaxed. Smiles everywhere. High standards, too. There's a pool and a sauna, massage, etc. The restaurant is good, the menu is seasonal. The cafe is known for its regionally typical waffle spread (recommended!) The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed and spotless. Nice extra detail: there's a little tablet-pc in every room that you can use to order room service, inform yourself about the hotel services and surrounding POIs, even play casual games in the bathroom. I was very surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay here. They were even really great with my three-year-old daughter, which I always appreciate.

Good & friendly personell. Kitchen is okay. Buffet is wel sorted, a la carte is good quality. Nothing special, but nobody has to leave hungry.
