First class service! Great thanks to Toyota Nurnberg and especially mister Adam from Russian friends! It happened 22 august 2017. Me and my girlfriend drove from Moscow on autobahn in Germany, final destination in our journey was Nice (France). So it was 3-d day of our journey, and 2000 km behind us! Everything was fine but suddenly we faced with technical problem in our car (Lexus is 250) - we found unusual smoke beneath the car, and finally we found an oil leak! It was very scary for us! You can imagine - so far from motherland (Moscow), and we first time in Germany and frankly to say - don't know what to do in this situation… In internet we found information about Toyota service center in Nurnberg and go there. At this Toyota center we met Manager mr. Adam. He and his technical team calmed down us and very fast they found the reason of oil leak! I think, 1 hour we spent for it. Finally they solved my problem in this day and we could continue our journey across Europe! It's amazing, but that guys really saved our vacation! I recommend this hi-level professional team, they have everything for success solving any technical problem. And I should to admit - after this situation all my way this guys always was in touch and ready to give me any advises and technical support. Finally we backed in Moscow, spent our vacation in Nice and visited many other EU countries, and everything was absolutely Ok with us and our car. Great thanks for mr. Adam and all Toyota Nurnberg team! You are the best!
