The baklava is to die for and super cheap! 12 euros/kg whereas other bakeries charge about 17/kg. Can't wait to go back tomorrow for coffee and more pastries.

Great bakery with coffee, opens early for the locals going to work. Great prices and delicious snacks and food.
Stayed in Oia for 5 days and had breakfast and coffee from Passaris everyday! They are so cheap compared to US bakeries and everything is delicious. We had chocolate croissants, Nutella stuffed mini croissants covered in honey syrup, apple strudels, baklava, ham and cheese baguettes, espresso, americanos, I can go on and on. The baklava is heavy and only costs 2.50! Most restaurants charge over 5. Keep in mind they only take cash.
The chocolate donut is amazing ... Get the big because you won't regret it.
Looks a cute little bakery from outside but sadly the product isn’t up to it. Not very fresh baking and lukewarm terrible coffee.
We were walking along beautiful Nikolau Nomikou (the main drag through Oia). Feeling a bit hungry we spotted this place. It's a bit to the east of all the action and the streets were almost empty on this beautiful sunny day. But there were customers in this bakery....mostly locals. A good sign. We got some sodas and two country spinach pies (spankopita). The pies were savory, fresh and crispy. A fantastic snack and exactly what we looked for, since we didn't wanna waste time in a restaurant, because there's so much to see here in Oia.
best in town. Passaris Bakery is very good location to take a good coffee or cheap breakfast
Yes, the price was the first thing I was drawn to this shop, but it's not just the price I was here everytime I walk pass! Amazing bakery and good coffee. Communication might be a whee bit of an issue but it doesn't stop them from being friendly and accommodating!
