From the moment I booked I realised Chelidonia luxury suites would be different from anywhere I had stayed before in Greece. The richness of the hospitality we were given, their unique attention to detail. Mias, Nenad, Apollon and the wider team know exactly how to make each moment of your stay with them special. They are all in their own rights experts, not only on Santorini and Oia but in curating an ethereal experience for guests, the feeling lasts way beyond your checkout date. Every moment was beautiful and unforgettable. We stayed in the Swallows nest suite it has two terraces one which boasts fabulous views of the Caldera yet is private and another which overlooks the caldera and sea from a different angle. In the morning you will be served a most delicious breakfast there but by night you will be able to gaze deep into the ancient constellations in particular the bright red star Antares (ie. rival of Mars) and get lost in the stars. The location is fantastic you are perfectly positioned to explore Oia and Santorini. The room was divine petals of the bougainvillea (the greek pink flowers) would fall on us as we lounged in our pool taking in the view. Be assured if you book to stay here you are going to have the best time!!!

Every penny spent on this stay was worth it. They cater to you from the minute you book. With transport to / from the airport, dinners, beaches, ir other excursions, they booked all our restaurants with the best seating at both, booked the perfect beach canopy for us with amazing drinks and snacks. The breakfast each morning delivered to your private suite with its private pool and cave like interior. Very romantic. You get a private place amongst a bustling town that has the best sunset views and instagram photo spots. Close walk to drinks, the beach, historic sites, and amazing ice cream. The staff makes these suites more than Just your typical vacation they are just a quick text away from anything you could possible want. By American standards (as compared to what you normally see in a European hotel), Bed was very comfortable (not just two slabs of mattress pushed together like you normally get), two person walk-in shower with handle and rainfall, huge bathroom, cozy room, great pillows (not just a small barely filled feather blanket), air conditioning that can freeze you (if that’s your thing). Great high speed WiFi with router right in the room.
We had a wonderful stay in the family suite! There was plenty of room for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms, and nice sized bath, and great Air-conditioning. We loved having our breakfast served on the private patio every morning and the view was spectacular! Every detail from airport transfers, luggage storage, and island recommendations and private transfers were handled with genuine hospitality. We will stay here again next time, absolutely recommend Chelidonia Luxury Suites!
Our stay in one of the Suites was just amazing! Lovely room with a beautiful view, a private pool and a terrace, where we had breakfast every morning...We just loved it! And everyone was always so helpful and friendly. We'll be back! :)

We had the absolute best experience with this property. Reasons why we liked it: Beautiful view, solid space with traditional cave-like aspects, great bathroom, very few steps to get to, and the people who ran it were super nice. It's also right in the middle of Oia - so all the shops and restaurants are literally just steps away. This is a great choice if you want to save money by not having a private pool, but aren't willing to give up an amazing view and want to be in the thick of Oia. We made this trade-off and we're happy that we did. You save hundreds of bucks by getting a place w/o a jacuzzi or a pool and there's a free public pool where they serve food & drinks that' just a 15 minute walk away with a view of the sunset that you can head to. I'll miss having the picnic breakfast they brought us each morning with this view. 10/10 - would recommend!
DESERVES MORE THAN 5 STARS. It starts with the staff, and the warm welcome we received from Mais. Mais, together with Apollon, are what made our stay so special. They arranged everything we need for us (transfer, horseback riding, catamaran tour, food delivery). They are very responsive on Whatsapp, everything we asked for received an answer within minutes. They were always very attentive to our needs. The Suite (Olive Tree) is possible one of the best piece of property in Oia. A wide patio, hammock, bean bags, a plunge pool connected to the room, a wide and comfortable room, shower in a cave, and breathtaking views of Oia from anywhere in the suite. It is located right in the center but off the beaten tracks, combining privacy and practicality. I would go back to Chelidonia, without a doubt, when I visit Oia again. And I wholeheartedly recommend it.
This is a small family run hotel that is perfect in every way. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and super helpful. We stayed in a suite with private cave pool that looked over Oia. The rooms are quiet and cool so we slept very well. Breakfast is excellent and they'll make you whatever you want and it's served on your private balcony with a view of the caldera. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's the best in Santorini.
