I frequent this establishment at least once a month if I can. The massages are very relaxing and pleasant. My job is very physical and I am often tensed up. When I leave after a session I'm more relaxed and loose. Definitely worth the time and money. They also have a massage points card after a certain amount of sessions you get a free massage. They know their art.

Rude staff. Terrible customer service. Came for a massage and was hurried into a partitioned room to wait for 20mins while 3 staff members decided who would massage me. No explanation, no mention of we'll be right with you. After another 10mins I peaked my head out to ask a question when a staff member yelled at me to go back in the room, without even addressing my question. A lady entered my room, pointed at the table and yelled "lay down now!" Not, "hello", or "is this your first time here?" She turned back and shouted "take off you're shoes!" then she threw a bottle on the floor and walked out again. I grabbed my things and left after that. She was rude and disrespectful. This isn't the cheapest place or the best for that matter. There's no reason to act irritably and crude towards potentially paying customers. Save your money and self respect. Don't go here.

Rude and irritable woman ignored my daughter and I while entire store was empty. Another lady walked in 5 minutes after us and was helped immediately. We were finally placed in a room and ignored for another 15mins while employees chatted. Then a lady came in and shouted orders at us as if we were convicts or insubordinate children. She was rude in every manner of the sorts from her voice, expression, the way she snatched the blanket to the way she shouted "hurry up!". Never going there again. Terrible service.

My brother and I went in this afternoon to receive a massage. I told him I highly recommend the place as the employees are highly professional, thorough and very helpful. I utilized google translation to express what I had came in for to see if they would be able to help out. It was indicated that a deep tissue massage would be helpful for my condition. Two gentlemen that work there instructed us to go lay down on the table and remove our shirts. As I was doing so I could see through the curtain that the employees were making fun of us behind our back‘s and playfully pushing one another around as if saying no you go to that one you go to this one. I proceeded to inform my brother who was in the room next to me what was going on and I was uncomfortable and wanted to leave. I was highly disappointed at the disrespect and sheer disregard for returning paying customers that was displayed at this establishment. I will not return nor will I recommend this place again.

love this place. massages vary depending on who is doing them but always at least an 8 out of 10. my massages r usually more deep tissue so not the most relaxing at the time but feel great afterwards. after 10 massages u get 10 free minutes. that is when I usually add a foot massage. only draw back is that they speak very little English
