I have had the BEST experience buying appliances. Dan is my salesman. I never really needed to visit the showroom. That is how good Dan is—he is sooo knowledgeable and has EXCELLENT customer service skills. I purchased subzero wolf package and the appliances work perfectly in my kitchen. I had a small issue with my wolf oven after two months and Dan handled the issue like a pro. The problem was resolved in a week, wolf reached out to me and provided me with a very nice solution. I must say that Dan orchestrated everything and if I ever need anything regarding appliances I will call him. I will also refer all my friends to him.

We needed a new vanity top and sink. We came in on 12/18/19, exhausted from looking other places and met JOHN. He said we could look over the show room to see what we wanted. We said please can you just find one in a catalog? John quickly assessed our senior citizen stress and showed us a PERFECT Kohler combined porcelain vanity top and sink. We then went to the Addison warehouse and picked it up. Thank you, John. It looks fabulous.
