Extremely poor service. Very slow, rude workers other than Youssef who holds this post office together. I have never experienced a post office like this. Please replace staff, keep Youssef

What a nasty attitude The black lady at the counter is having good time if her life, she’s chilling and fooling around being on phone and least bothered to answer my questions! This is pathetic!!

They don't answer the phone, they leave you on hold for 2 minutes then hang up on you, but the national USPS line doesn't have information on individual branches.... so there's no way to contact them without walking in.

This location, except for one gentleman, has some of the laziest, rude, badly managed front desk employees I have seen any where! It's so consistently bad, it's actually funny.

I've been to a usps facilitiy MUCH busier than this place. Yeah they work slow but they will try to accommodate your passport application. This facility will push you to get an appointment online for next week just because they are busy attending 3 people. Don't waste your time to walk in on this facility. USPS please rotate your employees to different facilities when people in the front are LAZY!
