We absolutely loved our ride with Lucky 8 ranch. They really offer a unique experience bringing you up close to their Bison herd. The trail they ride is well groomed and offers stunning views from the mountain top. We rode with 3 different companies while we were in town and I will say that Lucky 8 has the nicest machines and highest safety standards. As a travel agent I am very picky about recommending tour providers and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Great place to visit for snowmobiling, great staff very friendly. Prices are affordable for great fun. Awesome scenic views along with alpacas and Bison
I’ve never been snowmobiling before so I have no comparison, but we had a BLAST on our tour this weekend. The free shuttle from Steamboat was great. The guides were very patient and stopped to allow us to look at the wild life and take pictures. It was so fun and after the tour ended, we talked nonstop about how we can’t wait to do it again!
we did a snowmobiling tour of the ranch with Keith as our guide. He was very knowledgeable about the local area and the Bison herd. Gave us some restaurant advice for Steamboat Springs. One of the best tours we have ever done. Phenomenal scenery and fresh snow all around.
V I E W S in search of horseback riding in Steamboat Springs, we came across ATV Sunset Tours at Lucky 8 Ranch and W O W they did not disappoint Alicia, the girl managing the tours, was so pleasant and helpful, and she and Keith led us around their giant ranch, getting close to their Bison, navigating up and down and all around the mountains. They told us they do snowmobile tours in the winter, so we are definitely coming back this December It was only a 40 minute drive out of SB, half of which was down a dirt road (common lol). It was an instant drop in temperature when the sun set! I’m fascinated by that... and also I was very cold Thanks again ya’ll, can’t wait for the next tour in the SNOW. NOTE**** you WILL GET DIRTY. Covered in dust. So just wear your scrubs and a good face shield and the rest is ADVENTURE!
