This is our third year staying at Oak Creek Mobilodge, and it always is such a treat to be in the heart of Sedona. This is a no-frills park, but it has everything you could need while staying in town. They recently upgraded their laundry facility w/ 2 new washers and dryers that accepts electronic payment, which was an added bonus. The creek runs behind the property, it is a pet-friendly area, and the residents who live there full-time are all very pleasant. We always feel safe in this quiet little Sedona haven and we hope that we are able to return for many years to come!

We decided to stay somewhere with hookups on a Saturday night, with no reservation! It proved to be a bit more difficult than we wanted, especi with covid. They were having issues with their phones but replied to my request on their website within minutes! They were super kind and caring. Hooked us up with a great site, we had a 21' Kodiak cub trailer, a nice cement pad and our yukon side by side. It made for the perfect night with multiple trips to the creek! If you stay, be sure to make a trip to the patio at night to watch and listen to the creek! Will definitely be back when we are in the area :)

Not worth the . It is kind of in the heart of town but not quite. We arrived and did not want to stay, thought it was going to be a different vibe and they refused to give a refund. Did end up giving partial. Do not recommend for the price point!

Oh the places the Tiners go!

The best part about this park is how close it is to downtown Sedona and how you can really be anywhere in the area so quickly. The cons are that the place is a little run down and there is a very steep slope to get your rig in and out. It’s doable, but I definitely made us nervous, and we camp all over the US. There are lots of permanent residents with old, beat up residences that gave it a trailer park vibe.

Had a nice over night visit with friends. Quiet, serene, and cooler than Phoenix!!
