This school breeds bullies. It rewards bullies and victimizes the victims. Bullies get invited back and their prey does not. How can a school that \prides\ itself on family values and a family environment reward such bad behaviors? Ask administration in ALL schools - lower, middle and high.

Oak Mountain Academy provides a fertile educational environment, where intellectual growth and discovery are valued first and foremost, and where camaraderie, warmth, and mutual respect are everywhere apparent. The teachers and administrators work effectively to meet individual student needs, while ensuring the development of each class as a whole. When compared to other private, college-preparatory schools in the greater Atlanta area, Oak Mountain is affordable, especially when factoring in the State of Georgia’s “Qualified Education Expense Tax Credit Program.” Need-based scholarships are also available for families like ours that require some tuition assistance. Our twins have flourished at Oak Mountain, and we recommend this school to all parents who want a strong academic foundation for their kids, in a setting that is comfortable, supportive, and safe. Worst mistake we have ever made. They allowed our child to be bullied, and then punished her when she could not handle being bullied any longer. Horrible and incompetent administrators and teachers who only care about how much money the family has in regard to how your child will be treated.
