Yesterday I was escorted into ER past heaping piles of discarded worn clothing on the right and the makeshift morgue on left - as if entering Auschwitz. My two-hour ER wait during shift change brought on receptionist and security staff that failed to keep masks on, along with crazy patient going person to person with mask hanging off chin. I inquired of Covid test during my exam and was told they do not provide them. Unless unconscious or bleeding, suggest lessening your Covid risk by choosing to go elsewhere. I have photos of the maskless employees and patient in the ER waiting area to provide should this hospital care.

There was no wait at all at the ER, they saw my husband quickly and were super friendly and informative. They take a very long time to keep u updating on what's going on when u are in the room in e.r. The front desk lady was nice and the check in lady but the nurse that took my husband for an x-ray was rude.

0 star if it was possible, 0! Went 2 months ago here beacuse i had backpain. Got an appointment with Sherif Milik, i made only a simple urine test and the visit,i pay around 150 for everything by portal.2 2 months later i recieved a bill from Quest Diagnostic for 3 lab test (three!)ordered by Mr.Sherif Milik, and the bill was 260! Call them and they told me we prepare bill regarding the doctor order. I talk with the doctor office (1week tried to contact them) and they told talk with the quest diagnostic,we can't do nothing, what is happen is happen! I felt like a ball in the middle of the field. I had to pay total 420 for a simple urine test and the visit! From the doctor office nobody take resposabilty for the wrong bill. I complaned by portal, complained by phone and complained by e-mail and nobody is responding. In the end i pay everything because my wife is scared about the bills.

If i could give it a 0 stars i would , i had never seen a hospital in this bad conditions before seriously! The emergency room smells like cigarette smoke horribly i didn't mention I'm pregnant and i went here to \deliver\ but as soon as i walked in there i regretted it immediately, the smell was horrid then when they took me upstairs to get checked there was some person by the elevator who seemed drunk or drugged asking for food like if we was in the street with no mask ,the elevators and the walls are decaying it looked like a horror movie hospital i had never seen a hospital in such bad conditions, i refused the service and i left to another hospital.Also the bathrooms in the ER are filthy! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

I had my baby there in February and all my NURSES I LOVED!!!!! THEY WERE SO NICE & UNDERSTANDING!!!!! THE NURSE RIGHT BEFORE IT WAS TIME FOR ME TO GO WAS A PAIN IN THE BEHIND. SHE ALMOST MADE MY BLOOD PRESSURE GO UP!!!! ALL THE OTHER STAFF I LOVED!!!!! THE NURSE EVEN ASKED ME WAS I HAVING MORE KIDS SO SHE CAN BE MY NURSE AGAIN!!!!!! IF I WAS TO HAVE MORE I WOULDN'T WANT TO GO TO NO OTHER HOSPITAL AND HAVE MY BABY!!!!!! THE OTHER STAFF THROUGHOUT THE HOSPITAL IS NICE ALSO. I WENT THERE A FEW TIMES FOR OTHER REASONS!!! THIS IS 1 HOSPITAL THAT I'VE ALWAYS HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH!!!!!!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!!! I'LL GIVE MORE STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN YOU MAKE SURE YOU SHARE IT WITH THE NURSES FROM THE MOTHER BABY UNIT!!!! BOTH SIDES!!!! I KNOW ONE OF MY NURSES WAS ALEX!!!!!! I LOVE THEM ALL EXCEPT THE NURSE THE MORNING BEFORE I LEFT WHICH WAS THAT FRIDAY AFTER I HAD MY BABY!!!! SHE WAS RUDE!!!!
