The Doctors and staff at Oak Point are always, ALWAYS, kind, courteous and great to deal with. From doing their best to coordinate their incredibly busy schedules with mine, to safely dealing with this pandemic mess. They LISTEN, they encourage and offer support. They all give their very best and it is plain to see that above all, every single person there cares deeply for the animals they work so hard to help. I am so very grateful to have found them. Even having moved away, the over 2 hour round trip is a non issue. The lovely people at Oak Point are keepers.

I had to take my cat to the vet today because he is sick. I was scared because I couldn't go in but the staff was very friendly and the vet explained everything to me. I am very pleased with the care my cat got. I'm going to be bringing my snake here and switching my dog to here as well. Thank you to each and everyday staff member!!! I highly recommend Oak Pointe!!! I promise your pet will get the best of care and that you will be pleased as well!

I am so impressed how everyone was so kind and friendly. I have a very anxious dog and they were so good with him. The Doctor explained everything to me in detail. Shadow really liked them too. The staff was absolutely the best. I would highly recommend Oak Pointe.

I have trusted my animal care to Oak Pointe for over 20 years and they have never let me down. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and accommodating. Their Paw Plan spreads the cost of well care out with monthly payments making vaccines, spay/neuter or dental cleanings affordable especially if you have multiple animals. If you are looking for a veterinarian clinic to partner with in the care of your pets Oak Pointe is an excellent choice.

I can’t say enough about this clinic. A couple weeks ago I started taking my chinchilla, Pumpkin, to Oak Pointe. From the beginning, Dr. Abby was absolutely amazing. She is attentive, compassionate, thorough and everything you could ever hope for in a vet. She was honest from day one with the treatment of Pumpkin and the potential outcome. We got through his treatment and we were very optimistic we could reverse his symptoms. My little dude was on the right track, but unfortunately chinchillas are excellent maskers of their issues. Every step of the way I felt the love and compassion of Dr. Abby and the rest of the staff. Today I said goodbye to Pumpkin, he took a severe turn to the worse last evening and I’m so thankful Oak Pointe was able to fit me in this morning on such short notice. I am so grateful to have such a supportive vet. You can tell just how much Dr. Abby cares about the animals she treats. Although Pumpkin didn’t make it, I feel comfort in knowing that we did everything we could have done with the knowledge we had of his condition. With that being said, if you’re looking for a vet who’s going to respect you and your pet’s wants/needs, this is 100% the vet you’re looking for. Affordable, friendly, thorough and caring. Thank you so much Dr. Abby!! I know we made the right choice today and I look forward to switching the rest of our pet family over to you guys soon.
