Used them twice now at Bradley airport and got my first one back in 3 days and I got my most recent Covid test last night after traveling and got my PCR results today! Would definitely recommend for any travelers as a quick and easy option!

The referring providers situated around Oakdale CT often refers the Toxicology, UTI and Genetic testing samples to Genesys Diagnostics as they have very competent pathologist who could produce credible laboratory reports within the expected turn around time. I would recommend any referring providers to send their samples to Genesys Diagnostics and I will assure that they will do great job!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Like everyone else, I tested at Bradley International Airport. I was told I would be emailed my results, its been 2 weeks and I have heard nothing. Edit: I was able to get through to someone at the lab and they sent me my results within minutes. Still disappointed I had to wait 2 weeks but at least they fixed it.

Wow, I wish I read the reviews before getting tested here. There are so many people wanting to leave zero-stars if only that option existed. It is going on 7 days since I was tested and there are still no results. If it gets to 10 days, the quarantine is over anyway. I had to test elsewhere and already have the results. Maybe the state should know how incompetent this business is before they renew the contract. Maybe the insurance companies should know that their customers aren't getting a reasonable product for the money being paid. Genesys Diagnostics Inc. is an unadulterated clown-show folks plain and simple.
