Was so nervous to find a new dentist. I loved my old one so much I was traveling over 1,000 miles to keep seeing them--but I am glad I found this office! Ariana and Dr. Grotz were both so friendly, communicative, and helpful from making the appointments, using my insurance, and understanding my treatment options. They took COVID-19 precautions including wearing their masks (correctly and the entire time!), taking my temperature when I arrived, and having patients and themselves wash their hands. I will be back and I definitely recommend them.

I been going here for years and when I just spoke to Adriana who answers the phone she straight out just said you have a attitude every time you call without me even giving her my name. Say I am wrong but that's already bad customer service. I was frustrated with their ability and I know it's due to Covid-19 but I was trying to get my thoughts together because I am in pain and need to get things done. I work a 8-5 job so you can of course tell why I was frustrated with them only being available Monday and Friday during that time. I asked to speak to someone and she said I'm the only one here. I will be coming in for my dental records and going elsewhere. Update. I made an appointment with at a new dentist office and requested they call this place for my dental records and the young lady let me know she call for days and no one ever return her calls.

I went for a check up and was told I had multiple cavities. I visited another dentist and he said my teeth are totally fine. So the dentist here wanted to do unnecessary fillings, maybe over preventative. If you're into that then that's fine but I don't like to get any medical procedure done unless necessary so I didn't like that. Also during cleaning I was charged for a part of it that I was told beforehand my insurance didn't cover. Then a month later I saw that my insurance was billed for it and partially covered the cost. I contacted them for a refund on the amount I paid and never heard back.

I just moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist. Very professional services and detailed oriented. More than my previous dentist. Dr listened to my concerns and extremely attentive during procedures and cleaning to make sure I was okay. Glad to choose this office!
