Easy access,wide isles, one way system, sanatiser for hands and trollies, fairly good on products but can be a bit limited and generally well stocked.

Nice large co-op supermarket with a reasonable selection of products. Two minor criticisms - there were no self checkout tills (so we had to queue for a bit) and it would be nice if there was more local (Rutland) produce available. We did not visit the attached petrol station however the prices looked decent.

Service is terrible. The worst place to shop in this area. The staff just do not know how to communicate with customers, you're made to feel like an inconvenience because you want serving. I try not to shop here, but on the couple of occasions I have the service and attitude of the staff is consistently bad. There is a massive training and development need at the Co-Op. The engagement of staff is clearly low as they act like they just do not want to be there and are above serving customers. Management want to take a long hard look at this store. It's really a great location, but I bet it does not perform as well as other stores in the area because of the service.

The decor outside is lovely, good selection but is a bit small in the produce and other groceries. Petrol station is too cramped and you can get stuck but they sell clothes and the cafe is amazing. Part of the government deal so all cheap and service is very friendly. Food is nice too.

Set out of town the co-op food store has a cafe/coffee shop where you can get a freshly cooked snack and coffee from Costa. The Store covers several department's with a delli, counter, fish,wine,bread, electrical, ect also a travel agent on the way in with a large rotating entrance door that opens in to the main store mobilaty parking bays are located across the road from the bus lane that passes the front of the building With access ramp crossings to slow traffic and assist wheelchair users to the store
