Brilliant service - wrong colours ordered by mistake on Friday, frantic email asking if it could be changed. Response on the same day confirming it could, confirmation it had been done and sent on Saturday and received on IOM Wed a.m. And a lovely cuppa to have while stroking my new squishy mail!
