Rick was amazing. From out of town and I made a stupid mistake in a crash where I popped both tires. He got me on my way quickly and shared some of his rich knowledge. A real pleasure and I look forward to my next interaction.

Amazing experience at this gem of a Bike shop, and realizing that the mountain bike was born here. Thanks for showing us around, and making us feel welcome :)

They sent me the wrong product. Do not recommend this site. The packaging for the wrong product that was sent was terrible.

TL;DR it's a good, honest bike shop. You'll do well to stop by. Can't say enough good about this shop; the ultimate case study of why your local bike store is still a necessity for bikers and not a cute anachronism... While on a roadtrip I noticed that my handlebars looked out of skew and brought the bike in thinking that somehow the stem had been damaged (botched theft in Fresno?); anyways, the owner recommended I get a new, extra solid, stem, and as we were in a rush to get to Yosemite, he even offered to do the repair on the spot while we ate lunch across the street. Soon enough he uncovered that somehow the whole fork upper had been bent (by something extreme, probably, like a car hitting it in the parking lot), refused to charge me a dime, and sent me on my way with a lot of good advice on how to handle the situation with my own local shop when I got back home. He could've easily charge me, some random guy just passing through on a Friday afternoon, for the new stem or at **least** the inspection, as he spent a good 20 minutes checking it out at a time that was surely too late on a Friday afternoon. I would've gladly paid for the advice, too, as my misguided ideas would've cost me down the line had I tried to get too handy. The fact that the shop was completely honest, attentive, and high-minded shows that they're the genuine article and well deserving of your trust and . Since I feel quite grateful, I'm going out of my way to post this on both Google and Yelp; it's the least I can do. To the shop, thank you again, Gabe (dude with a brand new, but busted, Trek Roscoe 7)

These guys are the best!! This is my first review ever, but they deserve it. On a lark, I brought my bike in to see if they were competitive on price to fix my back brake. Not only were they, they lubed my wheels and adjusted my rear derailleur at no cost. I also wanted my front brake redone and they said no as it was fine, SAVING ME MONEY!! And to top it off, they gave me directions to great local trails and took me out the next day for a ride. These guys are great. Ask for Tim!! Thanks Brent

Great bike shop! The owner & manager are very helpful. They told me about local mountain biking trails, gave me some maps, and the owner even took me out for a ride on 007 so I wouldn't be riding alone. Excellent mountain biking in this area, with a great bike store and very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely check them out! Scott
