Tim and Max sold me two cars (Q50, QX60) while they were working in Infiniti of SF and given the level of service I receive from them (including Lincoln in the service dept), I happily have my cars serviced in Oakland despite it being further from me. I even had them deal with a cracked windshield and an accident involving one of the cars. Working with my insurance was seamless (replacement vehicle was provided), the service goes above and beyond expectations and they are super nice guys to work with. Highly recommend.
I've just started working for this company, and I've been in the business for 24 years. Never have I seen such a great group of people working so hard to please there customers. Family owned business ran correct wow what a breathe of fresh air.
Usually, I shop around and what not... And I did, to a degree... But these guys are straight shooters. That's the kind of thing that makes you want to do business with somebody. What's most important is that I left with the car that I wanted, with the mileage that I wanted, at market rate. Can't get any better than that. Shout out to Max for helping me along with the process. Very knowledgeable salesman who showed me everything from convertibles, to new inventory, to how to work the espresso machine! I will be doing business here again if I choose to stay in an Infiniti. -JP
Maxx , Jeremiah the Manager , the entire team were all good to me and this is my second used car I've gotten from them. Just upgraded from a 2013 to a 2015.. I'd recommend them to my friends and family any day...
