We are on holiday from the Chicagoland area and due to flying, my 11 year old did not have her piano or keyboard. She has been practicing daily for 1200 days and wanted to continue the streak so we have been driving around the San Francisco area using music stores and public pianos. The Piedmont Piano Co. was a gem to find. The gentleman who took our call and helped us was nothing short of amazing! He was kind and welcoming and even joked with my shy daughter. Such a lovely gentleman and establishment. Thanks for helping us out!

We stopped by just after the weekly Sunday performance had started. We were ushered in and helped, despite coming in at quite possibly the worst time. This place is a true gem and run by helpful and warm folks. The general manager helped discuss our needs and was quick to show us pianos in our range. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We stopped by to compare a private party piano that we are considering purchasing. They had no problem showing us a comparable model and even shared their movers. When we are the market for something nicer, this is the first place to visit!!!

One of the staff was ridiculously rude. My experience of renting a piano here is extremely unpleasant. I don't typically write reviews but I decided to create an account just for reviewing this place. Other staff are all friendly (but that general manager).
