Had problems with a battery on a 68 plate vehicle. Booked in and battery given a full check but was not found to be faulty. 2 days later and the battery was as dead as a dodo again. A replacement battery was fitted that day, free of charge. Many thanks Oakmere.

Rang 3 times and even visited the dealership this year about purchasing a brand new vehicle. Was made to feel exactly like another review on here - 'shooed out with a brochure' - is this customer service these days? Each time been I've rang I was told to expect a call back and heard absolutely nothing! In the end I took my custom to another Toyota garage.
