I have been coming to Kiwi since I was about 16,now 28. They have always shown me complete and utter kindness and are always hoping to give you a great experience. Today, I came in 30mins before closing expecting to get my waxing done and to make an appointment for the next morning for a mani/pedi. Boy was I in for the best surprise! They gave me the queen treatment, and took care of everything, even offered me a deluxe spa manicure which I, of course, could not resist. These women went above and beyond to make sure I got everything done that I needed to, and to give me an experience to remember. I felt like I was at the Ritz! It's like they knew I was in desperate need to relax.. Thank you so much, Kiwis Nails, for the memorable experience and for making my day! If you want a quality experience at an affordable price, stop in and let these ladies take care of you.

Environment is nice, but communication is tough. Asked for 3 tip but was charged 5 due to language. Pedicure was nice but very heavy hand. Don't think i would come back, but they do have done nice touches.. such as bottled water.
I’m a 17 year old from Oakton and this has been my go to nail salon for quite a few years now. I decided today to write a review (something I have never done before) because of the exceptional service I received. I was a bit nervous because I didn’t make an appointment beforehand, but when I got there, I was told to pick a color and I was treated right away. The woman was very easy to understand and made me feel comfortable when I was getting my nails done -she was very pretty too haha. I went for a pedicure and a gel manicure. I was wearing flip flops in preparation, although she ended up giving me these cute sock things because it was so cold out. I also got a free lotion and rewards card (something new I believe), so she in no way took advantage of my age and inexperience. I was also given a warm towel around my neck and massage for free, since it wasn’t very crowded. Plus the most important part, my nails look goooood, and there were no comments about my callus’ that I need for soccer or eyebrow threading or any of that jazz. 10/10 service today and the rest of the times I’ve gone have been pretty exceptional as well.
My pedicure turned out better than my manicure. I got a French manicure and all of the white tips were very uneven. I had to have the nail tech fix a few of the lines. They also didn’t clean the cuticle well around my nail.
One of the cleanest nail salons I’ve been to. The nail technicians are very kind. I got gel nails done here and they lasted such a long time!
Aversge nail salon. I don't like soaking my nails in nail polish remover to remove old gel. Not healthy for nails. Good selection of polish. Nice technician.

This is one of the best nail salons I can reccommend! Everyone here is extremely friendly and clean. They are also very helpful so you don’t feel intimidated or rushed like at some other shops. If you live in the NOVA area and want to get top notch service and really beautiful nails come here 100% percent!!
