I went to Laser Smooth Solutions to have a tattoo removed. April, the manager, and her crew greeted me warmly and treated me very well throughout the experience! I knew I was in good hands and that they genuinely cared because they took the time to ask me pre-screening questions on the phone prior to my first appointment. Also, in the room before she started, April explained the process and gave me another opportunity to ask questions. She was intuitive to my nervousness and kind. Their pricing is fair for their services. I would definitely do repeat business with Laser Smooth Solutions and recommend them to my friends.
I have been going here for over a year. The reason I have been there so long is due to the fact I keep getting packages for new areas. It has worked so well! Love this place and staff so much I have referred other woman. Sad since I have run out of areas that require hair removal so I won't need to go now. I will definitely return if I start to grow hair some place else that needs to be removed. Hair removal on with woman with darker skin isn't always easy and can't be treated with all lasers. Learn from my mistake.... I have gone other places that didn't work because the facility was not equipped with the laser to treat skin with darker pigments. Laser Smooth Solutions has the correct equipment to treat my skin tone. I have NEVER had a bad appointment and trust me I have been late. They have always been accommodating. I can go on and on about how much I love this place and very pleased with my results! I am real person; name not listed because I do not want my information displayed publicly. I am trying to do better about giving reviews for great service.
Excellent service every visit. The technicians are all very well trained and professional. The place is clean and tidy with personable staff. I was nervous for my first visit, but they took the time to answer my questions and explain the laser hair removal process. I got a very good estimate for the number of treatments I should expect for the results I wanted. I have been very happy there and would recommend to anyone. Prices are reasonable and they occasionally run promos on living social.
Polite staff and my tattoos are now either gone or almost gone!
