We did signage work for Lee Design and Barbara is not paying the final invoice. We have tried making payment arrangements, but she does not follow through. I have started calling the Resort where all the signage was installed. We can remove the signage since our contact states we own it unless its paid. If the resort has paid her, then they will know she is not paying her vendors. I see we are not the only vendors she has not paid.

If there is a 0 star, we would choose a 0 star. For people out there, please do not do any jobs for Lee design and Interiors. We worked at Magnolia Bldg hallways to install new carpets for the entire bldg seven months ago. Lee design was the general contractor for this job. We were hired by Lee design to do the job. The job was completed and they were happy and satisfied. When it is time to pay, they ask for a discount and they were granted. When we ask for payment again, they always have an excuse not to pay for it. They never picked their phone and never return any of our calls. We have repeatedly tried calling them. It is extremely difficult to get or talk to a human being. At this point, we are forced to go through legal system to collect our severely over due invoices. They are scammers! They will talk to you nice and professional but once the job is done, they are like a GHOST! Please do not deal with Lee design and Interiors.
We did a job for her at the Magnolia Building in Leesburg VA. We did two floors and priced agreed was 1400.00 each floor. Apparently now they want me to charge by the hour so I told 40.00 and hour and they told me no that they pay me 1400 for both floors. I sent a total of 7 painters total hours 63 in two days. Not sure if they want free work what their deal is. At this point I haven’t gotten pay and it seems not to matter to them that as a company I can’t afford a 20.00 dollar rate per a painter. My crew leader makes 25.00 and some of my painters make 20.00 an hour. All I want is my money but I doubt it happens.
Poor design, poor execution, inferior materials. Complete disaster.
