I took an evening gown that needed to be dry cleaned on a Tuesday and I was told it was going to be ready by Thursday at 5pm and that I would get a call if it was ready earlier. Well, I went to pick up Thursday at 4:30pm and I was told that they didn't do anything to it, that they have been having this issue with other customers and that I was not the first one but that it was too late and they couldn't do anything about it. I had to travel the next day. My flight was leaving at 7:00 am so I had a dirty dress to wear to my best friend's wedding. Very frustrating. Never coming back to this place.
The clerk/cashier is very helpful, polite and professional. Reasonable price.
The tailor here is wonderful, and is very reasonably priced!
