We called them and took an appointment for 4pm at the specified day. Reached at 3:45pm and was finally called at 4:30pm. The lady attending the other customer before us was like literally yelling on top of her voice while explaining the things. Too loud and uncomfortable for us to even sit in that space. Now going towards the prices. The most basic frame and lens they have would come around across 300ish here. They have nothing below this. The same RayBan glasses we saw at Walmart were tagged for 95 and here they were for 170 so for me it was just a waste of money. I would rather give a 0 star the the customer services. Was really disappointed visiting the store. Utter waste of time sitting and patiently waiting to see something so overpriced!!

Fine as far as experiences go. Quick easy in and out. Accepted my insurance. Contacts came quickly. Staff responsive and attentive. Just wasn’t a fan of having products pushed on me from the moment I sat down. I use a certain company and stand by it but they were overly insistent to try their brand. Probably because they had some sort of deal with the company. I also think something is off with they way they do refractions, the OD insisted my vision changed but I visited two other offices as soon as my insurance would allow and they switched it back to what it was before. To his credit he did allow me two refractions to prove to me it did, but I still disagree because I was having trouble reading simple exit signs after the fact. Since going back to my old astigmatism this hasn’t been an issue
