I have never had a problem with Paddock Cleaners in over 20 years! great job every time
First time I’ve been to this place. Two of my items came back with small holes and one came back with the knitting pulled out of place. All of my clothes still smell of BO and also a very harsh chemical smell that burns my nose. I now need to hand wash my items and spend HOURS repairing them. I know a 1 star rating seems harsh, but there are many dry cleaners in the area. This one isn’t worth your money.
They returned two shirts from cleaning with new stains, which I didn't notice until I was home, and they refused to redo without charge. The man smugly insisted that they couldn't have done this. Not the first things they have messed up for us. The other nearby dry cleaners are much nicer and more competent. This is my first review of anything, ever, but they are awful.
