The male barista, without a name tag, told me yesterday that I couldn't order a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino... said the season was over. I questioned why it was still on the menu, he said they hadn't changed it yet. To make the visit more pleasant, I waited 15 minutes while they made online orders... not another person in the store. Too many other Starbucks in the area that provide great service. I purchased two pumpkin based coffees shortly after... at another location.

Very pleased with my experience. My barista was named Hope and she was super friendly and accommodating. She made me a drink I was curious about so that I could taste it to see if I liked it enough to order it. I really appreciate people in the service industry who go above and beyond what is expected. Thanks for the great experience, Hope!
This location is extremely efficient. I prefer to drive through but don’t mind visiting the inside of this store.

Nice start to a quiet Saturday. I wish the store music was toned down to keep it that way. Friendly, helpful staff. Drinks just right. I suspect the hand dryers in the restroom are mounted too high to be ADAA compliant.
Eh. Starbucks is Starbucks, the coffee is OK. The masks make it harder to have accurate orders, though the staff is extremely friendly and responsive. Their croissants are generally.edible.
This is one of the SBUX in the area. Good friendly staff. Well managed.
