Visiting my wife’s relatives in Oakton I was looking for a Tropical Smoothies and found one close by in a shopping center anchored by a Giants and CVS. The only customer for about 3 minutes, it was pretty desolate inside since there is no seating and a cold day. Sole employee took my order with chips and got it back pretty quickly and it was correct. A great visit and I hope their business improves.

The Grubhub delivery person messed up my order. The owner of Tropical Smoothie came and delivered the order correction for me, which was soooooooo nice of her. She went the extra mile and it made an impression. I’m only going to that location from now on, she earned a customer for life. My food was delicious too! Thanks again!
Smoothie was made much better than the Alexandria location. However I’m quite disappointed with the Baja bowl, they only gave one small dressing (less than a tablespoon, the container could have fit much more) for a pretty big portion and wanted to charge extra for more! Will not get their bowls again if that’s how they treat customers.
Not sure why I've never been to one of these... They are amazing. Even like the food!
Very clean and convenient place. They serve large meals and for economical rates. I liked the food very much and the waiters were very friendly and informative. I recommend this place.
Friendly, fun atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff whips up a delicious healthy smoothie! Food is healthy & yummy, too! Get some! You're worth it!
