I just got off work (I admit i looked disheveled, I work as a cook and am in front of an oven for 8 hours day) looking to by my fiance's wedding band. I found the perfect one with a big blue pearl, silver band and a few small diamonds (my birthstone is pearl and my eyes are bright blue, something my fiance loves about me). I don't make a lot of money and scrimped and saved for the past month to afford something nice. I wanted something unique, not just a plain gold wedding band. When I asked for a size 9 he asked which finger and I said well it's for my fiance, it's the ring finger and he was taken aback because I'm a woman and my fiance is a man. He then said it's a girl's ring and I said I still wanted it. He then suggested some male bands, but those were out of my price range, and not the unique ring I wanted. When I insited on the ring I asked for he repeatedly refused to sell me it, ridiculed what I wanted and refused to take me as a customer leading me to leave and cry outside. All this in front of a couple in the store as well. My ring was supposed to be a surprise for my fiance and when he saw I was upset later when I got home he asked why and I confessed what happened at the store. I described the ring and he was shocked because he said he would have loved it, and would have been so happy to get it even though it was considered a "woman's ring". Not only can I not get the unique, affordable ring I wanted, I was embarassed in front of a store of people and made to feel like an idiot for wanting a unique, albeit feminine ring, for the love of my life.

Can I leave negative stars? My son went here to get his watch fixed. When he went to pick it up he was pressured to buy cuff links that cost double the cost of the watch repair, before they would return the watch to him. Now when ever we go to return the cuff links we are told that the sales person "doesn't know how" to do refunds and that we need to speak with the owner/manager who will be in "later." They "can't" give us a specific date/time the owner/manager will be in, they "can't" take a message to have the owner/manager call us when they are in/ and they "can't" give us a contact number so we can arrange to meet the owner/manager at the store to resolve this issue.
Seemed very un organized. I brought in a watch and bracelet to be fixed and they said it would be ready the next day, I went in the next day and it hadn't been touched, went in 3 days later, still hadn't been touched and the bracelet went missing, went in a week later and the watch still hadn't been fixed and the bracelet was still lost but "must've just fallen out of the pouch" ... When I finally received my watch all was good but to this day my bracelet is still lost - a 200 bracelet from michael kors might I add. I give one star because at least they managed to not lose my 300 michael kors watch and fix it. I will definitely not be returning any time soon.
