I use to really like this place. I came on Monday and I’m not impressed. The lady that waxed my upper lip.. she burned my face. I’ve never had this happen to me ever. So clearly she did it on purpose, the burn wasn’t even near my lip it is beside on my face, very disappointed. It’s too bad as I love getting my nails done here. I definitely will not be returning.

Unfortunately I don't think I will be back. The technician doing my nails was very good at shaping my nails, but when it came to painting... was sub par. I wasn't the easiest client to deal with, but I didn't think I was being unfair. I came in asking for a design (See picture) and the tech couldn't paint a simple flower (see picture). I spoke up and asked her to remove the flower and to just put any design on the nail (It's Valentines day! Of course I wanted something special). She told me there was no room on my nail (I have very long natural nails... so I didn't understand). She asked if I wanted glitter painted over the whole nail, I said no thank you. We eventually agreed on a short silver line under the french tip. Unfortunately it was no straight and had a piece sticking out onto the white (see tip). Also, there were many spots on my nails where there was globs of paint (see pictures). On my ring finger, it's under the nail, making the tip look really sloppy. On my thumb its to the right on the tip (the same thumb I was cut on with the cuticle cutters - see picture). Although the tech was trying to be polite, she should have had someone else step in to paint if she was not capable. Also, I noticed it wasn't super clean, the lights used to cure polish had paper towel taped in the bottom, this was not switched out between people. Also the file that I bled all over (when I was cut with cuticle clippers) was not thrown out, but rather returned to the drawer. It's a little alarming. I don''t think I'll come back, a 40 manicure is not what I left with.
Just went for the first time and really enjoyed my experience! The spa was very clean and set up beautifully. Min did a great job on my shellac manicure! I will definitely be back ️
