First time there , covid never ending. Lucky enough to find this salon and get Angela as my stylist. Been with same person in local top name salon in Erin Mills for 25 yrs. Had no complaints but Angela did such a nice job for me I think I want to switch. Lovely lady, quiet spoken very polite and definitely does her best for you. I usually like my cut but never the way my stylist does blow dry but I was very happy when I walked out that door. Covid precautions taken seriously. I'm going back but I feel guilty about my usual lady. Oh well, I'll blame it on covid.

Our first visit here. Booked online with Nancy for my daughter after reading great reviews about her. The whole experience was very uncomfortable to begin with. Nancy was very rude and unhelpful. My daughter hadn’t gone for a haircut in awhile and her hair grew uneven - so Nancy questioned whether we cut her hair at home. I was stunned when she passed that remark! We asked her a few times about what her thoughts were about my daughters hair and what kind of haircut would look good. She kept saying “it’s her hair; I don’t know what she wants; I’ll do what she wants; only if she blow dries and maintain her hair”. My daughter is 12yrs old! Going to a professional hair salon I was expecting people who work there to give us ideas and guide us as to what haircut would look good/suit her. When it came time to pay she charged me more than I was quoted over the phone yday- when I asked about it Nancy mentioned every haircut has different levels of charges. Overall my daughter is happy with her haircut but we are both not happy with our experience at Belle’Me Hair salon with Nancy!
I had a hair cut “trimming” by one of the ladies there, I liked it.
Tried it for my son for first time. Nice and clean place . My son liked the hair cut and the hair dresser.
