Great little salon. I'm a fan of the brand and glad I found one in Oakville. I've been here twice since late 2020. Marie was my stylist and she's awesome. She's very attentive and friendly. She doesn't rush the process and really makes your makeover worth it. Thanks for staying open and keeping our experiences safe and clean.

I tried this hair salon for the first time back in October. Booked my hair appointment with Natasha (highly recommend). Absolutely love how my hair turned out. She was patient and very professional. Hair turned out amazing. Not much direction was needed as she took time at the beginning of the appointment to understand my wants/needs and that is exactly what she delivered. My hair is long and thick. She gave me long layers, curtain bangs that compliment my face, and a amazing blow out/style. I am overdue for a trim and will be going back to Natasha shortly!

I consider this place to be the bitchy sister of the Queen street location. I have gone here a few times simply because the location and my hair cutter Sammie is really nice. But the overall feel of this place is snobby and rude. For example, I have bangs and get them cut every so many weeks, but when I go to queen street versus Oakville location, the service is very different. I went to queen street a few times (I used to live closer) and they did my bangs with no attitude, spent more time than necessary to get them perfect and there was no hair left on me. When I go to Oakville, I am always rushed in and out and there’s more often then not hair all over me. At queen street they put the full cover on me so hair doesn’t get anywhere. At Oakville, they make me hold a small towel under my face. My bangs get cut both ways but the quality of care is better at queen street. Another example is today I went there to get my bangs cut again and they didn’t bother to but a closed for the holidays sign on the door or online. I called the store cuz it looked closed and someone answered and told me that there was a sign. So I went back and checked and I still don’t see a sign. I might be wrong, maybe there is a sign. I’ll leave photos for you to check. But if there is a sign I don’t think it’s reasonably large enough for the customers. It’s the lack of customer care that brings this place down.

Surbhi did an amazing job on my blond colour after I let it go over 8 months without highlights. Dani followed with a beautiful shoulder length cut and style with waves. Would highly recommend both of their services!!
