Booking process went great. Until I found out they charged my credit card for gas. Literally a hair blew full. They charged me 3.70 per litre!! Unreal - not to mention the truck was disgusting inside AND... Someone dirty mask was sitting in the cupholder from the previous renter. Unreal

This is a great Discount location. I've been to many others and have never found better service than this location. Maria, Asif, Andrew and Joey are amazing..... Benjamin (GM) is doing a great job running this place. Thanks guys for an awesome experience everytime! :-)
Would give this 0 stars. I made an online reservation on Saturday. On Monday I called to let them know I had a reservation for the next day and to check if there was after hours key drop off. They said yes no problem. When I went the next day to pick up my rental the person couldn't find my reservation (I showed her the email I received confirming it) and that they had probably canceled it. I didn't receive a call or email canceling my reservation. She said they had very low stock because they were getting rid of their older vehicles and bringing in new ones - so she had NO car to rent to me. The rental was for a driving vacation that we were leaving on just a few hours later. I quickly called around and found exactly what I was looking for at Budget/Avis on Cross Avenue. They had a vehicle ready for me in 10 minutes. I'll use them all the time in the future. It delayed our departure by a couple of hours as we scrambled to find a new rental and then travel to that place instead.
Never again will I go anywhere else! Great repeat experience!!!
Great service, the attendants were polite and friendly. The vehicle provided was larger than expected but was perfect for my moving project. Would recommend and rent again!
