Had best experience renting car from Oakville to Waterloo... Very quick check in and check out without issues... and it was on huge discount that day... Around 20 per day... The car i got was pretty new only driven around 6000 km... Custermer service representatives were friendly even during COVID situation.. Thank you!

I rent a car last Friday, the front desk attention was good and the car was fine, when I return the car today Monday I ask for a ride to go back home and they denied arguing about the COVId, The day that I rent the car they were offering rides back to some costumers. It that happens because I’m and a occasional costumer? Be careful when you rena car in that branch. They aways offer to pick you up and a ride back. I’m very disappointed.
Joe and his crew at this Enterprise location offers top notch service. Rented a bmw for a road trip and we weren’t disappointed, the car was clean and new. They quickly had me in and out in the matter of minutes.
