I wanted it refurbished and the stone replaced in order to pass it down to my daughter on her birthday. The customer service here is beyond amazing!! The ring was stunning!! My daughter cried...I cried! It was a moment I'll never forget and all made possible by London Gold. I today returned with a wedding ring that needs the claws tightened.
