We used to always order delivery from Pizza Pizza. Used to. Until they delivered a cold wrinkly old congealed pizza. No problem, mistakes happen, so I called them so they could make it right. But Pizza Pizza refused to credit us for a new pizza in future. Instead they were going to replace it that night. It was late, the family was starving and it was bedtime for the kids soon, so a replacement was not satisfactory in this case. I explained this to them. Still, they refused to do anything but replace it that night. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was put on hold for so long I finally hung up. Since Pizza Pizza has our entire order history on file, they know we were good customers. Good customers for many years with never a complaint, and yet they refused to make their mistake right or to show their longtime customer that they value our loyal business. As a result, we haven't ordered from Pizza Pizza for months now. And you know what? Dominoes makes yummy pizza!

Great pizza, I especially love their new vegan pizza options. They have vegan pepperoni, vegan sausage, and dairy-free cheese. They also have a cauliflower crust now which actually tastes nothing like cauliflower, tastes like a regular pizza crust but healthier!
Amazing staff, very safe restaurant in these challenging times. They always have gloves on. They wash hands after handling cash before making food. Always mask on for all the staff. Tables are sanitized after every visit(I saw the staff sanitizing right after a customer left). Great food. Lots of Toppings on the pizza. Friendly staff. I visit this restaurant at least 4-5 times a week for slice and Fridays for pizza - I have always seen them following procedures and also contact less pick up. I feel very safe to know that heroes like these are handling food for me and my family. A Big kudos to all the staff. Great new location as well.
Super Friendly staff - amazing pizza, lots of toppings, perfectly cooked. Staff always with a mask and gloves prepping the food. Washrooms are clean. Best pizza pizza location.
