So far bad service for after sales service and warranty service. They basically dont want to deal with bike users and just keep replying with one liners to go to the retailer (in my case walmart) and they can deal with it or fix it... Worst manufacturer warranty response yet. From Manufacturer: "Raleigh does not deal with consumers directly but through is representatives or dealers...Your warranty is also between Walmart and yourself."
