I was shown a property that was not inspected or cleaned. The agent reported to the property owner that everything was fine. When my family and I moved in, there was a layer of dust on every surface, the bathroom was full of mildew and some items didn't work. We're pretty disappointed with the lack of communication and now have to handle this with the owner.
